Today I opened a safe for a client, who had the key but could not unlock it. After spending some time working on the lock, I managed to open it with the key. The door was jammed solid and took some effort to open, When I finally opened the door of the safe, which was built into the wall, I found it was home to an Ants Nest! Time to make a call to the exterminator!

Busy day on the road helping customers locked out of their houses. Don’t leave your keys in the lock on the inside of your UPVC Door. This can prevent you from getting back into your house, because you will not be able to get the key into the lock (Cylinder) all the way on the outside. The key stuck in the inside will prevent you.

Busy week helping customers. I was called to a property to help gain entry, the lady who called me out was unable to raise her Mother by phone or by ringing the door bell. Happily, I can report the Mother was fine and all ended well.
